Also called full arch rehabilitation, there’s no need to place an implant under each tooth. We insert two implants at the front of the arch of either the top or bottom jaw and two implants at the back. The back implants are tilted 45 degrees, providing the required support for total restoration.

This angling of the rear implants also bypasses bone deficiencies usually found in the back of the jaw and can typically avoid the need for bone grafting. There are fewer actual implants used than in a full mouth implant restoration, so there are fewer obstacles to overcome.
